Karate by Kaizen Karate

For Grades K - 5th

Kaizen Karate has been offering instruction and training in the martial arts since 2003.  Students will learn proper forms, style, techniques, and discipline.  All karate classes are fun and will help students gain confidence while getting into excellent shape!  Students will be safe at all times during their martial arts training. Loose comfortable clothing is recommended. No uniform is necessary.
